How it works
An honest reputation in six steps
No random stars, no bulk reviews: the words of people who really know you become your oiyi score through a fair calculation.
02Review
People who know you write in their own words.
Free text instead of stock stars. AI reads what was written, finds which qualities and skills it talks about and suggests a score for each. The writer has the final say: they change the score, add or remove a category or a skill.
03Skills
Not just your character, your skills too.
Your skills show up in your oiyi score next to your character: general skills like leadership, communication and problem solving are scored on a separate axis. Your German, your hand at renovation, your project management… are picked out of what people who know you write and scored 1–5, one by one: not just what you know, but how good you are at it shows too. As different people rate them, the score takes shape, and a rating from someone skilled in that area counts for more.
04Anonymity
Names stay hidden, words count.
Your identity is never shown to the person you review. Scores appear in aggregate, not one by one, and only once enough different people have reviewed, so no single writer can be singled out.
05Fairness
Fake votes, flattery, ill intent: they don't work.
Reviewers are real people signed in with verified accounts. Bulk and fake votes are filtered out and insulting reviews are not accepted; neither excessive praise nor ill intent can move the score. A trustworthy reviewer's word counts for more.
06Publication
Your score takes its time.
Every review first matures and is checked against fakery. Scores don't jump with each new vote; they are updated together in periodic publications, with a precision level.
